Karen Lanoue

Karen LaNoue is a Senior System Engineer at 532 Group LLC. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Software Developer/Project Lead at Arkansas Farm Bureau for over two decades, where Karen successfully implemented a consolidated policy system and optimized existing policy lines. Karen also worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arkansas where Karen increased productivity and developed new systems. Karen holds an Associate's degree in Personal Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Arkansas.
