Alina Truhina serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at The Radical Fund since December 2022, focusing on early-stage investments in climate adaptation and decarbonization solutions for Southeast Asia. Concurrently, Alina holds the position of Partner at Utopia Capital Management, which specializes in asset management across emerging markets. As a Co-Founder and Board member of Founders Factory Africa, Alina contributes to the development of ventures across the continent. Previous roles include Director of Partnerships & Growth at A2B, Corporate Partnerships Manager at SPRING Accelerator, and Vice Chair of the Women’s Business Society. Alina's experience also encompasses partnerships and communications at the World Bank and media management at MediaCom and MindShare. Alina Truhina holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, a Bachelor’s in Media and Communications from the University of Melbourne, and participated in an exchange program in International Relations at Sciences Po.
