Tom Warneke

Tom Warneke is an experienced professional with a strong background in event operations, project management, and business consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Event Operations at 54 since July 2024, Tom has previously held significant roles such as the Head of Operations & Production for ADSC2024 at DONE+DUSTED, and Operations Lead for UN COP28 at Energie Entertainment. With a comprehensive understanding of various business operations, Tom has led major projects exceeding $10 million across the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on risk analysis, project management, and crisis response planning. Tom holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Risk, Disaster & Crisis Management from the University of Leicester and an MBA in Change Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
