Anne Westphal

Anne Westphal has a strong background in digital transformation and organizational development. Anne has worked at 55BirchStreet GmbH since 2018, starting as a Senior Consultant and subsequently being promoted to Manager Digital Development & Projects, and currently holds the position of Senior Manager Digital Transformation & Organizational Development. Prior to this, Anne worked at Ayudantes GmbH, where they started as a Werkstudent and progressed to become an Analyst and then a Consultant. Their work experience spans from 2012 to the present.

Anne Westphal completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in BWL und Management from Fachhochschule Osnabrück between 2007 and 2011. Anne then pursued further education at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing und verbundene unterstützende Dienste from 2012 to 2014.
