Erika Zwahlen is an experienced SEM Consultant with a strong background in digital marketing and customer service. Currently employed at 56K digital since February 2021, Erika has advanced from SEM Intern to SEM Specialist and now serves as an SEM Consultant. Previous positions include SEM Consultant at Travel2 AB and roles at Cabonline Group, where Erika worked as both Dispatcher and Customer Service Agent. Additional experiences include an internship in Search Engine Marketing at Web Guide Partner and customer service roles at Samtrans and Uniflex. Erika holds a degree in Massmedia och nutida väpnade konflikter, Fredsstudier och konfliktlösning from Uppsala University and has also pursued studies at IHM Business School and the University of Gothenburg.
