Rita Barral is currently the Country Manager at 5àsec Portugal, where they focus on developing business strategies and enhancing team motivation to foster growth. With extensive experience in both B2B and B2C environments, Rita previously held roles as Country Manager at Formes Iberia and as a Financial Controller at Boehringer Ingelheim. They also served as a Consultant at Accenture and are a member of the Group Steering Committee at 5àsec. Rita holds an MBA from Nova School of Business and Economics and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Kellogg Executive Education.
