Richard Johns

Richard has extensive experience in sales and business development in the IT and telecommunications industry. Over the years, he also earned comprehensive knowledge and skills in technology transfer and licensing software sales, and industrial applications.

Richard is responsible for the branch office's overall operations, including managing all its financial aspects such as bank loans, cash flow, p&l reporting, and forecasting. He is also involved in business development and resource management.

Richard is also responsible for initiating and integrating internal processes and applications to enhance the process flow within his team. This includes integrating a CRM system for the sales team, a ticketing system for the maintenance team, and a PM application for the project management team.
