Renee Koufer

Renee Koufer has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Renee began their career as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1988, where they led various consulting engagements and conducted financial audits for companies across different industries. Renee then joined Sprint in 1992, holding several finance roles over a nine-year tenure, supporting different business units and functions. In 2002, they worked as a Consultant at RSM McGladrey / H&R Block before joining TPP, LLC as the Director of Business Development from 2003 to 2008. From 2009 to 2012, Renee served as the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement at Anthelio Healthcare Solutions, contributing to revenue and profitability growth and the successful sale of the company. Renee then moved to Productive Strategies, Inc. as a Senior Sales Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Their next role was Director of Finance Operations and Sales at Surgical Care Affiliates, where they drove the sales team to exceed targets through various initiatives. Renee's most recent experience includes working as a Business Consultant since 2018 as a self-employed freelancer.

Renee Koufer attended the University of Iowa from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting. Renee also holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), although it is currently inactive.
