Jay Pendarvis Sr

Jay Pendarvis Sr. has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the intelligence and defense industries. Jay currently serves as the Board Treasurer for the Leah Hood Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on fighting domestic violence. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at 5i Cloud Solutions.

From 2017 to the present, Jay has been the President and Management Consultant at JWP Consulting, where they oversee all business operations and provides strategic advice to clients in the intelligence and defense communities.

From 2018 to 2020, they held multiple positions at Sequoia Holdings, Inc., including Chief Growth Officer and Chief Operations Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for corporate internal activities, operations, and business development.

From 2017 to 2018, Jay served as the Director of Business Development at Engility Corporation, focusing on expanding market share within the intelligence community.

From 2015 to 2017, they were the Director at RGS Associates, Inc., where they managed the growth of market share within the intelligence community and completed a successful acquisition.

Prior to this, Jay was the President of Cerebral Solutions Inc from 2005 to 2015, where they led an intelligence community-focused organization and successfully sold the company to RGS Associates Inc. Jay also worked as a Database Engineer at Cerebral Solutions Inc, supporting database operations in addition to their role as President.

Jay's earlier experience includes working as a Database Administrator Sr at Lockheed Martin Corporation from 2004 to 2005.

Jay Pendarvis Sr. pursued their education, focusing on executive education and English. Beginning in 1991, they attended Lincoln University where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1995. Jay furthered their education by attending the Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they completed the Owner/President Management Program 46 in the field of Executive Education.
