Crystal Wai

Crystal Wai has extensive work experience in the communications and marketing industry. Crystal is currently the Managing Director at 5IVES Group, where they have successfully led the company through a period of growth and change, doubling the team size and transitioning the agency into an integrated one. Crystal has also won industry awards and established an overseas hub for the company. Prior to this, Crystal worked at GHC Asia as the Director of Integrated Strategy and as an Account Director. Crystal was also a Corporate Communications Manager at the Company-national Express and held various account management roles at GHC Asia and Ruder Finn. Crystal's career started as a Marketing Assistant at Prime International Consultants Limited, where they were responsible for event proposals, media interviews, and press releases for clients. Furthermore, Crystal will become an External Examiner at the Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education in 2023. Crystal'swork experience showcases their expertise in change management, client relationship management, and integrated communications strategies.

Crystal Wai has a Bachelor of Social Science in Communications (Hon) with a major in Organizational Communication and a minor in Sociology from Hong Kong Baptist University. Crystal also has a Master of Social Science in Media Management from the same institution.
