Kathleen Maki

Kathleen Maki has a diverse work experience in various roles related to corporate partnerships, memberships, and sales. Kathleen has worked as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at The 5th Avenue Theatre, where they started in November 2023. Prior to this, Kathleen served as the Director of Memberships & Partnerships at the Sponsorship Marketing Association, starting in January 2023 and later transitioning to the role of Director of Memberships & Partnerships until May 2023.

In 2022, Kathleen took a role as the Sr. Director of Corporate Partnerships at OL Reign. Before that, they worked at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group as a Corporate Sales & Premium Seating Consultant from October 2021 to January 2022.

Before transitioning to the arts and entertainment industry, Kathleen worked at Assembly as an Account Executive in Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales from March 2021 to July 2021. Kathleen also served as the Interim Corporate & Institutional Giving Director at SIFF from April 2020 to April 2021.

Kathleen'searlier experience includes roles at Broadway Across America as the Director of Corporate Partnerships, Western Region from February 2019 to March 2020, and as the National Director of Corporate & Group Sales from October 2017 to February 2019. Kathleen also has experience as the Director of Corporate & Group Sales at Broadway Across America from March 2011 to October 2017.

Before their roles in the entertainment industry, Kathleen worked at Intiman Theatre as the Group Sales & Promotions Manager from November 2008 to March 2011. Kathleen also contributed to the Village Theatre as the Annual Fund & Capital Campaign Coordinator from February 2008 to November 2008.

Kathleen's earliest work experience was as the Executive Assistant to the Artistic Director at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival from April 2005 to August 2006.

Kathleen Maki has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kathleen also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Directing from Illinois State University.
