Catie Bennett

Catie is a Principal at 5th Century Partners (“5CP”). Over her private equity career, Catie has completed 11 buyout and minority transactions across the consumer sector, representing over $900M in enterprise value.

Prior to joining 5CP, Catie was a Vice President at Tengram Capital Partners, a private equity firm that focused exclusively on leading middle-market consumer companies. While at Tengram, Catie was on the Board of Directors of This Works, Cos Bar, Tone It Up, and High Ridge Brands and a board observer for DevaCurl, Lime Crime, Lilah B., among others. Prior to Tengram, Catie was an investment professional at Advent International, a large cap private equity fund with over $75 billion in AUM, where she focused on investments in the consumer and retail industries. Earlier in her career, Catie was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank, where she focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt offerings in the consumer group.
