Joseph Ha

Joseph H. has a diverse work experience in software quality assurance. Joseph is currently working as the Director of Software Quality Assurance at 5th Kind, Inc. In their previous role as the Senior Software Quality Engineering Manager at Fox Digital Consumer Group, Joseph oversaw all QA efforts for the site re-architecture and redesign of Fox digital properties. Joseph also established best practices for test planning and execution, and collaborated with executive project management to develop business strategy. Before that, Joseph worked as the Software Quality Engineering Manager at Fox Networks Group, where they established Agile testing best practices and implemented process improvements. Joseph also led the evaluation and implementation of new tools, including automation frameworks. Prior to Fox Networks Group, Joseph held the role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at FOX Sports, where they led QA on several high-profile projects and designed load tests to measure performance. Joseph also worked as a Software QA Engineer at Fox Interactive Media, where they provided quality solutions for major initiatives and maintained test strategies and test scripts. Additionally, Joseph worked as a Software Quality Engineer at Toshiba America Information Systems, collaborating with the engineering team and running performance tests. Joseph'searly experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Vivendi Universal, where they were a core tester for various projects.

Joseph H. attended the University of California, Riverside from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Biology. After that, they went on to pursue additional certifications. In May 2018, Joseph became a Splunk Core Certified Power User, and in March 2011, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance.
