Michael Allen is a seasoned leader in the fields of security and emergency response, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of 5th Meridian Group since January 2019, providing armed security, secure transport, and cash logistics solutions. Prior to this role, Michael was the Lead Instructor at Secure Response Team, LLC, focusing on industrial safety and emergency response training, and amassed extensive experience as a Fire Captain and Firefighter with the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Michael's career also includes military service as a Chief Warrant Officer 2 and helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army, as well as various roles in law enforcement and emergency services across multiple cities. Michael holds certifications in Criminal Justice and Police Science from Southeast Missouri State University and Southwest Tennessee Community College.
