Carlo Engracia is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in implementing HR processes and workflows across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at 5x since July 2022, Carlo has previously held roles as a Human Resources Manager and Onboarding and Happiness Specialist at CrewBloom, where responsibilities included managing contractor relations, developing HR reports, and collaborating with multiple teams.
