Hema Menon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at UST since June 2008, including Client Partner for Utilities and Manufacturing Industry Clients, Delivery Center Head at the Trivandrum Center, and Delivery Manager for retail and healthcare accounts. With a strong background in project management, Hema has successfully overseen multiple projects and accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and revenue growth. Previous experience at Intervoice involved leading software engineering teams and managing research and development initiatives. Hema holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, an M.S. in Computer Science, and a B. Tech in Civil Engineering, along with several professional certifications including PMI PMP and Certified Scrum Master. Early career experience includes roles at The Federal Bank Limited managing international banking operations and project management at Manuelsons Housing Development Company.
