Rajesh Kumar

Rajesh Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in US staffing, particularly in the semiconductor and embedded domains. Currently serving as Sr. Lead US Staffing at UST since March 2020, Rajesh manages end-to-end recruitment processes for American Citizens, Green Card holders, and other USA immigrants. Prior to UST, Rajesh held key roles at MIRAFRA SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES and Wipro Ltd., achieving notable success in leading recruitment teams and enhancing staffing service delivery. Earlier experiences include positions at ObjectWin Technology, Accenture, and Jeevan Softech Ltd., focused on sourcing, screening, and managing IT recruitment processes. Rajesh holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Andhra University.
