Misha Sobko is an accomplished engineering and country manager with extensive experience in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation across various organizations. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Country Manager at 64labs since August 2023 and as Managing Partner at SwyTapp since June 2022, Misha has previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Astound Commerce from January 2016 to September 2023, overseeing a team of over 250 engineers and managing distributed development teams across multiple countries. Misha's early career included roles such as Development Team Lead and Software Developer at Iccuracy Group and a Junior Software Developer at FlexBricks. Misha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from East Ukrainian National University named after V.I. Dahl.
