Kelly Hardeman

Kelly Hardeman serves as the Head of Investor Relations at 645 Ventures since June 2023. Previously, Hardeman held the role of Head of Investor Relations for North America at JVP from January 2021 to January 2023 and worked as Vice President of Capital Formation at Insight Venture Partners from December 2015 to January 2021, a leading private equity firm focused on the global software industry. Additional experience includes positions as Vice President at The Process Management Group, Vice President of Marketing at Source Exchange Traded Investments, and Senior Associate in Marketing & Investor Relations at Pegasus Capital Advisors. Early in the career, Hardeman worked as an Investor Relations Associate at Morgan Stanley in the Merchant Banking division. Hardeman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from New York University.
