William Hess

William Hess serves as a Senior Associate at 645 Ventures, having joined in September 2023. Prior to this role, William was an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School from August 2021 to May 2023. William gained valuable experience in investment teams at Thrive Capital during two separate tenures in 2021 and completed an investor role at Pilot Labs from January 2019 to October 2020. William also contributed to corporate strategy and finance at FanDuel from June 2016 to December 2018 and interned as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media & Telecommunication Group in 2015. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Harvard University, earned between 2012 and 2016, and graduated from Deerfield Academy in 2012.
