Elaine Suezo

Elaine Suezo has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Elaine began their career in 2014 as an Enterprise Software Support Engineer at Lexmark, where they provided technical support for the company's Perceptive Content Enterprise Content Management System. In 2016, they joined Manulife as a Level 2 Business Systems Analyst, managing financial investment systems and providing global IT support. In 2018, they moved to Touchfire Trading Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, leading the delivery of an investment trading platform based in Singapore. In 2019, they joined FileCloud (CodeLathe Inc) as a Customer Success Management Analyst, managing relationships with new customers and handling partnerships. Finally, in 2021, they joined Marketplacer as a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, managing retention and growth across business clients in APAC and EMEA regions. Currently, they are the Head of Digital Ecosystem at 6clicks.

Elaine Suezo received their Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mindanao State University- Iligan Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2013. Elaine also holds a Diploma in Leadership & Management from St. Peter's Institute Melbourne.
