Jan Zorz

Jan Zorz has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Jan is currently the VP of 6connect Labs at 6connect since May 2020. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at Global NOG Alliance starting from February 2019. From July 2012, Jan was involved with RIPE Community where they held various positions including vice-chair of the RIPE Program Committee, chairman of the SEE RIPE Regional meeting PC, and co-chair of the RIPE BCOP TF. In 2009, they founded the Go6 Institute and served as its CEO until June 2022. Jan was also a part of the Internet Society as an Operational Engagement Programme Manager in the Deploy 360 team from November 2012 to December 2019. Additionally, they were involved with LTFE's GEN6 project from January 2012 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, Jan worked at Pragma s.p. as the Head Pragmatic and as a contractor at RTV Slovenija, Domenca d.o.o. / Mimovrste, and Select Technology.

Jan Zorz attended Osnovna šola IX korpus from 1979 to 1987, obtaining a degree in an unspecified field of study.
