Paul Crivello, SPHR has over 30 years of Human Resources experience. Paul began their career in 1988 as Manager of Human Resources Operations at EMC Corporation. In 1998, they were the Director of Human Resources at Maker Communications/Mindspeed Technologies and Human Resources at Agile Networks/Lucent Technologies. In 2005, they became the Director of Human Resources at TAZZ Networks, Inc. and in 2006, they were the Director of Human Resources at A123Systems, Inc. and Human Resources Consultant at Brix Networks, Inc. In 2010, they were the Director of Human Resources at OSRAM (acquired Digital Lumens September 2017). In 2018, they were the Director of Human Resources at XL | Fleet Electrification and in 2020, they were the Global Director of Human Resources at Escher Group. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources & Business Partner at 6K.

Paul Crivello, SPHR completed their Bachelor of Science in Management/Org Behavior from Bentley University in 1987.
