Shawn Jackson

Shawn Jackson has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technical support. Shawn started their career at Intel Corporation in 2002, where they worked as an Equipment Technician for ten years. Shawn then joined Philips as an Engineering Technician from 2012 to 2014. After that, Shawn worked at Bayer HealthCare as a Field Service Engineer and Manufacturing Technician from 2014 to 2016.

Shawn's next role was at Cepheid as a Pittsburgh Field Service Engineer from 2016 to 2019. There, they collaborated with the Field Application Specialist group and provided installations, customer training, and technical support. Following this, they joined GE Additive as a Field Service Engineer, specializing in metallic additive systems. Shawn worked there from 2019 to 2021, servicing and maintaining customer products.
