Michelle Barnette

Michelle Barnette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resource management and theatre production. Currently serving as the Resource Management Lead at 6point6 since January 2023, Michelle has developed a strategic people-first resourcing function that significantly contributed to achieving 100% growth in the client-facing team within 18 months. Prior roles include Resource Assistant Manager and Resource Consultant at EY-Parthenon, where Michelle focused on strategy consulting and diversity initiatives. Before that, Michelle produced multiple in-house productions at King's Head Theatre and led the Alan Bates Award as a Producer at The Actors Centre. Michelle Barnette Productions Limited was also established to manage various theatrical projects. Michelle holds advanced degrees from King's College London and a BA in Acting from ALRA.
