Will Gurton

Will Gurton has a diverse work experience in sales, business development, and executive search. Will started their career in 2015 as a Researcher at The Miles Partnership, where they contributed to executive and board-level search and leadership consulting. From 2017 to 2021, Will worked at Egon Zehnder as an Associate, specializing in technology and communications executive and board search. In 2021, they joined Showpad as an Enterprise Business Development Representative for the EMEA region before transitioning to the role of Account Executive for UKIN in 2022. At Showpad, Will helped revenue, sales, marketing, and enablement leaders in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, and the Netherlands assess the suitability of Showpad's platform for supporting their sales enablement initiatives. Will was recognized as the EMEA Growth Account Executive of the year for 2022. Currently, Will is working as a Senior Commercial Account Executive at 6sense, where they utilize their sales expertise to drive commercial success.
