Marc Costabile

Marc Costabile is an experienced retail executive with a strong background in store operations and strategic leadership. From June 2015 to April 2025, Marc served as the Chief Retail Officer at 7-Eleven Australia, where leadership included oversight of store operations, supply chain, and network planning across a network of 750 stores. Other notable positions include General Manager & Tribe Lead - Channel, State Manager - Victoria, and National Manager - Corporate Stores at 7-Eleven. Currently, Marc is a Board Member at Tipple Alcohol Delivery and served as a Non-Executive Director at Fortress and General Manager of Strategy & Transformation at Endeavour Group.
