Michael Alfonzetti

Michael Alfonzetti is an experienced professional in supply and demand planning, currently serving as the Chapter Lead (Food) and Head of Supply & Demand at 7-Eleven Australia since June 2019, overseeing food category planning for approximately 750 stores. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Officeworks from June 2005 to June 2019, including Senior Merchandise Planner and Demand Planning Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, team management, inventory control, and leading the implementation of advanced planning systems.
