Nicole Floyd

Nicole Floyd has extensive experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as Chapter Lead of Operations Performance at 7-Eleven Australia since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing the corporate store network on the Eastern Seaboard to enhance customer outcomes. Previously, Nicole held multiple roles at Telstra from 1998 to 2016, culminating in the position of General Manager of Business Intelligence, engaging with senior executives to provide critical commercial insights for decision-making processes across a network of over 15,000 dealer points and 400 branded stores. Education credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Business, as well as a Diploma in Business Marketing from TAFE Qld.
