Adrian Poulisse

Adrian Poulisse is an experienced manager specializing in store innovation and operations within the convenience store industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Store Innovation at 7-Eleven since December 2023, Adrian has effectively managed innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and simplifying operations. Previously, roles included Lead Area Leader for Speedway locations overseeing multiple states, as well as District Manager for both Milwaukee and Central Michigan Speedway stores. Additional experience includes a tenure as Community Planner for the City of Leslie and serving as a Deputy Sheriff for the Eaton County Sheriff's Office. Adrian’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University and ongoing studies towards a Master's in Executive Leadership at Liberty University.
