Ashima Patel

Ashima Patel (Gupta) serves as Senior Director of 7Next Innovation at 7-Eleven since April 2020, specializing in R&D and digital strategy focused on product development and innovation in convenience retail. Prior experience includes a Project Leader role at the Boston Consulting Group, where Ashima managed operations, strategy, and human resources projects, with a strong emphasis on procurement and supply chain transformation. Previous positions include Co-Founder and Head of Sales at The Graide Network, Education Pioneer Fellow at Chicago Public Schools, and various roles at American Express, where Ashima led initiatives that drove significant revenue and operational improvements.
