Fahad Mirza

Fahad M. is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at 7-Eleven since April 2019, Fahad M. is focused on developing backend infrastructure for edge devices to enhance the customer checkout experience, holding three approved patents in the process. Previously, Fahad M. contributed to the cashierless store project as an Embedded Engineer II and worked as a Firmware Engineer at Haxiot, a leader in low-power wide-area networking solutions. Previous roles also include Embedded Engineer at Next Gen Systems, where collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on hardware projects took place, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Arlington. Fahad M. began a career in technical leadership at Pi Labs Bangladesh Ltd., establishing TechShopBD and contributing to innovative R&D efforts with a strong educational background, including a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology.
