Jim Kastle

Jim Kastle is an experienced Chief Information Security Officer with a demonstrated history of leadership in the cybersecurity field. Currently serving as CISO at 7-Eleven since December 2024, Kastle previously held the same title at Kimberly-Clark, Conagra Brands, and Delphi Automotive, showcasing expertise in managing global teams and substantial budgets for information security and risk management programs. With experience in senior roles at companies such as Cardinal Health and JP Morgan Chase, as well as a military background as a Commander in the United States Navy, Kastle combines a robust understanding of cybersecurity with strong project and risk management skills. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Marymount University and a BS in Business from Wright State University.
