John Acevedo

John Acevedo is currently the Director of IT Audit at 7-Eleven, where they oversee the organization's audit processes. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit at Walmart from 2008 to 2019, managing Sarbanes-Oxley audits and leading various business-focused audits. John also has military experience as a Sergeant in the US Army, where they received two Army Commendation Medals for their service. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of South Florida.
