Merve Efe

Merve Efe, CISA, serves as the Head of IT Audit, Security, and Consultancy at Mazars in Turkey since September 2017, gaining recognition as a "Lead Information Systems Auditor" with official authority from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Turkey. Merve has extensive experience managing departmental budgets, recruiting and training teams, and developing IT audit proposals while actively participating in information security initiatives. Previously, Merve held various roles at EY and other organizations, with a focus on IT audit and advisory projects across diverse sectors including banking, finance, and telecommunications. Merve holds an MBA in Engineering Management from Marmara University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi.
