Prior experience at Capital One from February 2004 to April 2019 includes roles such as Sr. Business Manager, focusing on loss mitigation and auto originations, where significant fraud reduction and process automation achievements were made. Paddy's career began in quality engineering at Dell and progressed through consultant roles, supported by a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore.
