Treasa Bowers

SVP, HR at 7-Eleven

Treasa Bowers is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for 7‑Eleven, Inc. She leads 7‑Eleven’s talent strategy including talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, total rewards, and employee relations.

Treasa began her 7‑Eleven career in 1983 as an Operations Management Trainee. She went on to hold multiple roles over the last three decades and most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Women’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. In 2020, Treasa was named 7‑Eleven’s first Chief Diversity Officer. Prior to joining 7‑Eleven, Inc., Treasa pursued a career in banking and finance with First Interstate Bank.

Treasa has been awarded SEI’s Ship Shape Award (1993), Division Staff Person of the Year (1994), and Human Resources Excellence Award (2013). She has also been recognized as Convenience Store News’ Mentor of the Year and one of the Top Women in Convenience in 2017. She currently serves on multiple non-profit boards including CSN’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board, Scholarship America, and Global Leadership Enhancement and Mentoring Network.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Kennedy-Western University and lives in Frisco with her husband, Tony, and their son, Jared.
