Mark Bayley

Mark Bayley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mark started their career as an Accounting Associate at Seabord Services Corp., where they helped improve the efficiency of financial data consolidation for global operations. Mark then worked as a Research Associate at Seabord Services, evaluating and recommending global opportunities for junior mining companies. Following this, Mark had an internship at Voleo, serving as a Business Development & Marketing Associate, where they played a key role in developing and implementing the marketing plan for the launch of an investment club application.

Mark later pursued their MBA at the Sauder School of Business at UBC, during which they were a Full-time Masters of Business Administration student. Mark also gained experience as a Financial Consultant at Chrysalix Venture Capital and Legend Power Systems.

In 2017, Mark joined Galaxy Digital as a Business Analyst & Project Manager before transitioning to Zenabis Global Inc. as the Chief of Staff for Finance & Strategy. Mark moved on to Coherence Consulting as a Principal Consultant in 2018, and most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Project Finance at 7Gen.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated skills in project management, financial analysis, strategy, and consulting.

Mark Bayley completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance at McGill University from 2006 to 2010. Mark then pursued further education and obtained a Canadian Securities Course degree from the Canadian Securities Institute between 2009 and 2010. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, Mark attended The University of British Columbia and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
