Sungrim Lee

Sungrim Lee is a data scientist at 701x since January 2023, specializing in end-to-end animal activity recognition and detection using machine learning and deep learning tools including Keras and TensorFlow. Prior experience includes a role as a financial analyst at Korea Asset Pricing & Korea Ratings Co. from December 2018 to July 2021, focusing on computational finance with SQL, VB, and VBA. Sungrim participated in a Big Data Boot Camp at the Korea Software Industry Association in 2018, where skills in Python, Java, HDFS, and machine learning algorithms were developed. Sungrim also served as a construction supervisor and deminer in the Republic of Korea Army from December 2013 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Statistics - Data Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering from Ajou University.
