Ashley Smith has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2013, they worked as a Creative Strategist and Account Director at Cunning NYC. In 2014, they founded and became the Marketing Director of OTHERWORLD, a successful luxury resort wear line. Ashley was responsible for all aspects of the business, including designing products, managing external partners, and leading brand and growth marketing efforts. In 2016, they worked as an Engagement Director at Your Majesty, where they won a portion of the Coca-Cola business and oversaw relationships with other major clients. In 2017, they held roles as a Senior Account Director at adam&eveDDB and then as a Project Director at UnitedMasters. During this time, they managed client relationships, led integrated campaigns, and worked on award-winning marketing projects. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Account Director at FF Creative Community, where they executed global brand relaunches and developed video content for HP. Later in the year, they joined mcgarrybowen as an Account Managing Director and led the marketing efforts for the launch of DAZN in the USA. In 2019, they became a Group Business Director at adam&eveDDB, where they played a key role in the launch of Samsung's 8K TV and other brand campaigns. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Group Brand Director for an undisclosed company.
Ashley Smith has a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Legal Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2020-2021, they attended The Wharton School for an Executive Education Program in Business Analytics: From Data to Insights. Ashley also has a degree in Communications from UNSW. Additionally, Ashley has obtained a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor certification from Yoga Alliance, though the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
