Frédérique Dupuis-Toubol holds a Master's degree (1981) and a DEA in Business Law (1982), completed by a Doctorate in Private Law (1985) from the University of Paris Nanterre. She began her career as a court attorney with the law firm Jeantet (1983-1989) before joining the law firm Moquet Borde-Dieux Geens & Associés as an associate attorney (1990-1995). She then returned to Jeantet as a partner (1995-1999) before joining Bird & Bird (1999) as an associate lawyer in the technology and communications practice. At the same time, Frédérique Dupuis-Toubol advises the firm easyQuorum as a senior advisor and is the co-founder of the start-up troov.com (2018). She is also president of the advisory board of The (RE) SET company (2019).
Frédérique Dupuis-Toubol has over fifteen years of extensive expertise in advising on information technology and electronic communications law for operators, international investors and government authorities. She is one of the first lawyers in France who specialized in this field.
