Meanwhile, 75 & Sunny Labs launched two startups: dot.LA and Pacaso. In 2021, 75 & Sunny Ventures is on track to invest in more than 25 startups, and 75 & Sunny Labswill launch two new companies. Spencer — who co-founded Hotwire and Zillow, and who was CEO of Zillow for more than a decade — started 75 & Sunny to support and mentor startups and their leaders in LA and beyond. Its team provides 75 & Sunny companies with a broad range of support, including leadership coaching; marketing and PR advice; brand amplification; product strategy; recruiting; access to our broad network of partners that include top venture capital and private equity firms; overall mentorship; and help with subsequent fundraising. Spencer is an investor in over 55 venture capital funds, many of which use 75 & Sunny for informal deal-sourcing at the earlier stage.
