Joe Pattenaude

Joe Pattenaude currently serves as the Director of Support Operations at 75F, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Joe was the VP of Engineering & Sustainability at Bedrock Detroit from July 2015 to April 2021, where leadership was provided to diverse teams managing residential facility engineering, project management, and smart building technologies. Joe was instrumental in developing the Smart Building Specification and oversaw the implementation of operational technology networks across over 100 properties in Bedrock's portfolio. Earlier, Joe worked as the Lead Building Engineer at Signature Associates Commercial Real Estate between November 2007 and July 2015, leading the Facility Engineering & Maintenance Team for a 1.5 million square foot portfolio.
