Kevin O'Brien has been in the recruitment industry since 2001, when they started as a Sales Executive at Call Performance Ltd. In 2005, they joined Huxley Associates as a Business Leader & I.T Senior Appointments Recruitment Consultant. In 2009, they founded Williams Kent - HR Recruitment, where they served as Director and specialized in Generalist Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Belonging, Employment Law & Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and Organisational Development & Change. In 2021, they joined 7bridges as a Recruitment Process Partner.

Kevin O'Brien attended Sedgehill School followed by The University of Manchester from 1997 to 2000.
