Nagar is an entrepreneur and environmentalist with over 25 years of experience in renewable and cleantech leadership, focusing on scaling and bringing groundbreaking technologies to market, including Geothermal Energy, Fuel Cells, Green Cement, and Supercritical Water. They are the co-founder and CEO of 7E, a leading generative compliance solution that connects regulatory frameworks and AI-driven technology to data, and they founded two socially-driven cleantech enterprises: 374Water Inc. and 1Watermark Inc. Nagar previously led 374Water as CEO and Co-Founder from 2018 to 2023 and held roles such as Chairman and Board Member. Their experience includes engineering leadership roles at Calera Corporation (Engineering Manager, 2013-2017), FuelCell Energy (Sr. Process Engineer, 2010-2013), Ormat (Principal Engineer, 2008-2009), and service as an R&D engineer with the Israel Defense Forces (2001-2005).
