Karim Yehia has over 12 years of experience in marketing and business development. Karim began their career in 2008 at ATech as a Senior DM Project Manager, where their responsibilities included defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, and directing and managing project development from beginning to end.
In 2009, they joined B-Conn as a Senior Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for identifying and targeting key clients for consultancy, training, eBusiness and digital marketing, securing agreement (sale) of consulting, Training, Digital - Marketing & Social Media E Business Digital media Services in line with agreed commercial frameworks, and completing sales objectives and general quality of service.
In 2012, they became a Marketing Consultant at Quick Wins.
In 2013, Karim Yehia joined CMCG Ltd. as a Business Consultant (Marketing Unit), where they determined and clarified strategic and operational problems via consultation, identified problems and sought solutions, and reviewed current strategy. Karim also joined iLead Integrated Solutions as a Regional Marketing Manager, where their responsibilities included developing marketing plans and strategies for company products, liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, and communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
In 2014, they joined Narita Group as Group Marketing Director and Marketing Director. As Group Marketing Director, their responsibilities included serving as a trusted advisor to the board as developing and implementing strategic plans, reviewing outcomes and metrics created by organization for evaluating its impact, participating in approving annual budget, audit reports, and material business decisions, providing leadership and vision to the organization, overseeing preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans, and ensuring commitment to a diverse board and staff that reflects the communities serves. As Marketing Director, their responsibilities included creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program, developing short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications, providing the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department, assuming overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization, preparing new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management, establishing a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team, and preparing and gathering necessary quantitative data for thorough annual analysis of the market.
In the same year, they also joined Twasul Group as Marketing Director, where they were responsible for planning and communication of Twasul brand names (SATC, TabTop, Smart Phone), developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives, and evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
In 2018, Karim Yehia joined 7keema as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. As CGO, they were responsible for ensuring that all marketing activities originate from a specific value proposition, analyzing competitive research markets and customer feedback data, industry trends and information to identify, develop and implement standards, marketable product categories, and business opportunities, managing the commercial P&L, providing assumptions for budget discussions, and consistently meeting revenue targets and profitability, executing sales plans and programs to ensure that goals for growth and expansion of products and services are met, and overseeing product and service development in terms of design execution, and operational sequencing of products from concept to customer, and all product development activities. As CMO, their responsibilities included planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal, overseeing development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of
Karim Yehia obtained a BA in Mass Communication from Tanta University between 2000 and 2005. In 2013, they obtained an Advanced Training of the Trainers certification from Narita Group. In 2015, they obtained a DiSC® Certified Trainer certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
