Sanne Creusen

Sanne Creusen is currently the People Lead & Founding Partner at 7people, where Sanne focuses on building a foundation for employee experience. Sanne also works as the Head of People at Goboony. Previously, Sanne has held various HR roles at companies like The Social Hub, Trunkrs, planblue, and Biller, where Sanne implemented processes, built frameworks, and served as a business partner to leadership teams. Prior to their HR career, Sanne gained experience in project and account management. Sanne holds a Master of Science in Managing People, Knowledge & Change from Lund University School of Economics and Management.
