Simone Bolluyt is currently the People & Culture Lead at 7people, where the mission is to create irresistible organizations by improving the employee experience. Previously, Simone has held various HR roles at companies such as myTomorrows, Bitvavo, Catawiki, dentsu international, Houthoff, Payvision, DIDIX, and Integrand. Simone holds a Master's degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
