Elie Smadja has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elie is currently the Group CEO at Learnation Group and the CEO at 7Speaking, both positions they started in 2022. Prior to these roles, they founded and was the CEO of Nextensia from 2017 to 2021, where they led the company's innovation strategy and managed a team of engineers and developers. During this time, they also obtained two international patents. Before Nextensia, Elie served as the CEO of Spaciotempo from 2008 to 2017, where they oversaw the company's transformation and expansion internationally. Elie also held the role of Sales Director at Spaciotempo from 2006 to 2008. Prior to joining Spaciotempo, Elie worked as a Business Development Manager at Xerox Global Services from 2003 to 2006, a Key Account Manager at Siemens in 2003, and a Sales Engineer at Xerox from 1998 to 2000. Elie began their career as an SAP Consultant at Accenture in 1998. Elie Smadja also had a role as a Founding Executive Director and VP Sales at MATENO from 2001 to 2003.
Elie Smadja obtained their MSc degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from EDHEC Business School, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Carnot from 1993 to 1995, and Lycée Condorcet from 1990 to 1993, although the specific degree or field of study obtained from these institutions is unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Elie Smadja obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification in June 2006, however, the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
