Elias Senter

Elias Senter has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Currently, they are the President and Co-Owner of 8 Consulting, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Elias served as the COO and Board Member of Packard Consulting International, Inc starting in April 2022.

From 2015 onwards, Elias was the Co-Owner of 4S - Silversword Software and Services, LLC, a Native Hawaiian Organization-owned software development and management consulting services firm. At 4S, they focused on the Federal and Health IT Markets, providing tailored software solutions to organizations.

Before that, Elias worked as the Area Development Manager, Eastern Region at Pelatron Inc from May 2012 to February 2015. Prior to this role, they held the position of DVEIVR Project Manager and DOD Vision Center of Excellence Operations Deck Manager at Pelatron, Inc. from November 2011 to February 2015.

Elias has also held various positions at Government Services IPT, starting as a Project Controls Manager from August 2007 to October 2010, and later becoming the Director of Operations from June 2010 to November 2011.

In addition, Elias worked as the Director of DIY Programming at Farpoint from 2007 to 2010. Elias also operated as a Private Consultant specializing in conflict engagement from January 2007 to August 2007, providing consulting and coaching services for workplace and marketplace conflicts.

Before that, Elias briefly served as the Acting Director of Trade Practices and Dispute Resolution at the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland from May 2007 to July 2007. Prior to this experience, they acted as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Baltimore, where they edited departmental newsletters and was involved in establishing and maintaining UBCNCM.blogspot.com.

Elias Senter's education history begins in 1994 when they attended NCHS for an unspecified degree or field of study.
